    Thank you for your review / comment.. actually when the battery is low and needs recharging the light should glow red when using Black rain. When charged the led glows Green during use.. when charging is needed it glows red when in use.. this is the indication that it is time to charge. Please let us know if your Black Rain is not working to spec. Regards. Jimmy

    Just following up to make sure you got our reply to your comment… The LED will turn red during use when it is time to recharge. other wise the LED is green indicating that there is plenty of charge.     The White Rain is a dream to use! It’s incredible smooth and easy to operate with one hand push button, and the salt can be adjusted to any grind size. The speed is amazing too, comes out superfast, and there’s an LED light at the bottom so it’s easy to see how much salt is dispensing. The Himalayan salt that is provided with the White Rain Precision Salt Mill is very good.

    Does it get any better than this? I was a very early backer of the Black rain and have loved it since day one. And I thought this would be great for salt too. Well they came out with White rain and it’s awesome. I now can grind my salt and pepper to perfection with consistency. The units are flawless and the battery lasts quite long. The units are of such a very high quality. The fit and finish is second to none. I have had some interactions with the creator/owner and they are always so helpful. I know so many others that have other grinders and nothing compares to these. I want to take them everywhere I go. I hope maybe some day they will create a travel set. Now that would possibly stop the rotation of the earth on its axis!!

    The Rolls Royce of mills. I use black for pepper, white for pink salt, & red for herbs de provence. Works equally well for each. If you appreciate fine craftsmanship, & excellent function, you’ll love these. Good value for the quality. Also world class customer service. Can’t praise these enough.
